STEP 1

How to make a chicken club sandwich? Prepare all the ingredients you will need for the sandwich. Rinse the chicken breast and dry with napkins. Instead of ham, it is permissible to take thinly sliced salami, sausage or even smoked brisket. If possible, use red onions; they look very appetizing in the finished sandwich, and also have a milder taste, unlike onions.
STEP 2

Salt the chicken breast on both sides and pepper with ground pepper.
STEP 3

Heat a grill pan, pour in just a little vegetable oil (literally 1-2 tsp) and fry the breast over medium heat on both sides until cooked and golden brown. This may take you 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 4

Remove the finished brisket from the pan and cool.
STEP 5

Meanwhile, prepare all other ingredients. In a deep small container, mix mustard and mayonnaise. Peel the onion. Wash the tomato, onion and iceberg and then dry. Instead of iceberg, you can use romaine, spinach, lettuce or frisse leaves.

Tear lettuce leaves randomly, not very finely. Cut the onion and tomato into thin rings.
STEP 7

Cut the breast at an angle into portions about 0.5 cm thick.
STEP 8

Fry the toasted bread in a dry grill pan on both sides.
STEP 9

Brush the bread with a small amount of sauce.
STEP 10

Top with lettuce leaves and chicken breast.
STEP 11

Then place the onion rings.
STEP 12

Place another piece of bread on top and spread the sauce again.
STEP 13

Next comes a layer of ham (or sausage).
STEP 14

Place tomato slices on top of the ham.
STEP 15

And make the next layer of cheese.
STEP 16

Place lettuce leaves on cheese. Spread the remaining bread with sauce.
STEP 17

Cover the lettuce with a piece of bread, buttered side down.
STEP 18

Press the resulting sandwiches lightly.
STEP 19

Cut the finished sandwiches into triangles with a sharp, thin knife.
STEP 20

Enjoy an amazingly delicious club sandwich with chicken and vegetables!
