STEP 1

How to simmer chicken breast with mushrooms and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. It’s better to take chilled meat, but if you have frozen meat, then defrost it first by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. In addition to champignons, you can use any other mushrooms: oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini or a mixture of mushrooms, both fresh and frozen.

The cream for this recipe can be of any fat content, but remember that the higher the percentage of fat content of the products you use, the higher the calorie content of the dish. I took 20%. Pour the cream into a glass, add flour, curry, salt and pepper.
STEP 3

Mix thoroughly until smooth, trying to break up all flour lumps. If lumps still remain, you can rub the cream mixture through a sieve.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. I use mozzarella for pizza.
STEP 5

Wash the chicken breast, dry it and cut it crosswise into slices.

Wash the champignons, dry and cut into slices.
STEP 7

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the champignons until golden brown. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate.
STEP 8

Place the chicken breast in the pan where the mushrooms were fried. Fry it, stirring, until golden brown.
STEP 9

Return the mushrooms to the pan. Pour in the cream mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Simmer the dish over low heat for about 10 minutes.
STEP 10

Sprinkle chicken with mushrooms with grated cheese. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. The dish can be served with any side dish. Boiled potatoes/mashed potatoes, boiled rice, buckwheat or pasta will also work. Bon appetit!
