I really liked Chepalgash with cottage cheese and herbs and the whole family liked it too. This dish disappeared from the table very quickly! The cottage cheese I had was grainy and dry, but I simply mashed it with a fork and when I added the greens and egg, it turned out to be the desired consistency. After frying in a dry frying pan, I simply greased the chepalgash with butter. I didn’t wash off the remaining flour from it in a frying pan with hot water. It turned out very tasty and satisfying, I will cook it again!
