STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2

Add chicken eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar into a bowl, pour in warm milk, softened butter, add flour, yeast in portions, flour again, a pinch of salt.
STEP 3

Place the bowl in the kneading machine. Prepare the dough.
STEP 4

Place the finished dough into a pan greased with butter. Cover and place in a warm place to rise the dough.
STEP 5

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling and sprinkles. For the filling: grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina. Mix everything so that there are no lumps.
STEP 6

For the topping: mix flour, sugar and butter in a bowl.
STEP 7

Grind everything into crumbs with your hands.
STEP 8

Divide the finished dough into portions and form them into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat at a distance from each other. Cover with a napkin and place in a warm place to rise for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 9

As soon as the blanks increase in size, make indentations in them in the center.
STEP 10

Place a portion of curd filling into each cavity. Brush the edges of the dough with milk.
STEP 11

Add a teaspoon of jam to the curd filling. Sprinkle with powder on top.
STEP 12

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, it all depends on your oven. Bake until slightly golden brown, so as not to overbake as this may make the dough less airy.

Remove the finished cheesecakes from the oven. Let them cool a little
