French cheesecake with cottage cheese

A royally delicious dessert - you'll swallow your tongue! French cheesecake with cottage cheese is not very similar to the usual buns with cottage cheese. This is more of a regular closed curd pie made from shortcrust pastry. The resulting French cheesecake is very tasty and aromatic. Try it too!

Everything ingenious is simple, and in this case it’s also very tasty! I couldn’t even imagine that such beauty could be prepared so quickly and easily! My dough turned out to be soft, crumbly, with a crispy crust and pleasant to the taste. Both the dough and the filling are moderately sweet. I really liked the French cheesecake with cottage cheese according to this recipe! I recommend everyone to try it! Thank you so much!

I made this French cheesecake, it turned out VERY tasty and tender!!! I didn’t beat the crumbs in a blender, but grated the butter and grated it with flour and sugar. It’s more convenient for me. I’ll make this cheesecake again, everyone at home really liked the recipe, they just asked for more sugar in the filling. Well, we like it sweeter Maria, thank you very much for your cottage cheese recipes, they are wonderful!!! Here is my photo report)))

A delicious recipe for French cheesecake with cottage cheese, but I would add more butter to the crumbs, they are too dry and the top layer is loose.
