Charlotte with cabbage in a slow cooker

First, pour boiling water over the cabbage and leave for five minutes. It is better to take young cabbage, the leaves of which are quite soft. If you take an old one, cook it for 10 minutes over low heat.

Then cut the cabbage into small cubes or shred it. You can use any additional ingredient with cabbage: mushrooms, meat, ham, sausage, even cheese. You can also add just one cabbage.

Beat eggs with sugar.
STEP 5

Add seasonings, salt. Mix.
STEP 6

Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix.
STEP 7

Ideally, you will have a fairly thick dough.
STEP 8

Now mix it with the cabbage filling.
STEP 9

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, you can line it with baking parchment and grease that too.
STEP 10

Then turn your multi to the “Bake” mode. If you have a regular slow cooker, cooking will take approximately 1 hour. If a pressure cooker, then about 20 minutes.

I used multigrain flour, so the dough turned out quite dark.
