Carrot Cake Rabbit

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Two glasses of grated carrots. When filling the glass, lightly crush the carrots.
STEP 2

Add two glasses of sugar and mix.
STEP 3

Add two tablespoons of honey and vanilla, mix.
STEP 4

Add two eggs and mix.
STEP 5

Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.
STEP 6

Add two tablespoons of soft butter and mix. If there are small unbroken pieces left, it's okay.
STEP 7

Add two teaspoons of baking soda, slaked with vinegar, and mix.
STEP 8

Gradually add two cups of flour.
STEP 9

Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan. Place in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. The finished cake is caramel brown in color. I prefer to bake the cakes separately.
STEP 10

For the cream, beat sour cream and half a glass of sugar. If desired, you can also add vanillin to the cream.
STEP 11

Let the cakes cool slightly, layer with cream, and decorate as desired.
