I haven’t baked fish with onions and tomatoes yet, so I followed the advice from a comment published earlier) I have a small carp, about a kilogram in weight. First I salted the fish, and when the liquid had drained, I drained it and sprinkled with fish spices. I also sprinkled a little lemon juice. I made homemade mayonnaise for baking and coated it all over the fish and inside the belly too. Sprinkled paprika on top as per the recipe. During baking, the mayonnaise and paprika turned into an appetizing crust) I took more onions and tomatoes so that there would be enough for the side dish. Top with salt and sprinkled with freshly ground pepper. The side dish turned out very tasty and juicy! And the fish came out tender, aromatic, and well soaked in the marinade. It looks very tasty too!

Instead of potatoes, I decided to use tomatoes and make my carp stuffed. That is, I not only laid out the vegetables on a baking sheet, but also stuffed them into the fish. And I smeared the whole thing with lean mayonnaise. That is, I have no potatoes, no bell peppers, no lemons - only tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise and spices. It turned out incredibly juicy, so I advise everyone to try it!))
