STEP 1
How to bake a whole carp in the oven in foil with potatoes and lemon? Prepare the products according to the list. It is better to take fresh fish rather than frozen, this will affect the taste of the finished dish. Instead of bell peppers, you can use carrots or zucchini, and you can use your favorite spices for the marinade.
STEP 2
Clean the fish and rinse well, put a bunch of dill and sliced lemon in the belly - with lemon and herbs, the unpleasant fishy smell will go away.
STEP 3
Mix salt, pepper and mayonnaise and spread the marinade on all sides of the carp. Leave the fish to marinate for a while, at least 2 hours, or better yet, overnight.

Peel the vegetables and rinse well under running water.

Cut the potatoes into rings and add salt.
STEP 6
Cut the onion into half rings.
STEP 7
Chop the bell pepper into medium cubes.
STEP 8
Place the chopped vegetables on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil or lined with foil, and place the pickled carp on top.
STEP 9
Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 10
After the time has passed, remove the foil and leave the fish and vegetables to bake in the oven until golden brown, this will take about another 10-15 minutes.
STEP 11
The carp is ready in the oven with potatoes, remove the lemon and dill slices from the fish and serve garnished with herbs. It will be very tasty if you add additional lemon juice to the chopped pieces of fish. Bon appetit!
