Cake with dates and blueberries without flour and sugar
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Place almonds in blender jar to make flour.
STEP 2
You need a fairly powerful blender, so if you don’t have one, just use almond flour instead of nuts.
STEP 3
Grind the dates in a blender, first removing the seeds. By the way, if you turn a date pit into flour and add it to drinking water, you will gain many times more strength. This is relevant for chronic fatigue, anemia, apathy... that is, for everyone.
STEP 4
Grate a bar of natural cocoa and add to the dates. Put mint there too. If there is no natural one, take cocoa powder to taste.
STEP 5
Grind well in a blender until smooth.
STEP 6
Place date paste, cocoa and almond flour in a bowl.
STEP 7
Stir the mixture well until smooth and place it in a springform pan.
STEP 8
Pressing well, level the layer of, so to speak, dough.
STEP 9
Now - cream. Grind a handful of blueberries in a blender.
STEP 10
Add cashews, mint to the blueberry paste and chop as finely as possible.
STEP 11
Add coconut milk and continue blending.
STEP 12
Bring the cream to maximum homogeneity.
STEP 13
Spread the cream onto the almond-date layer and smooth it out.
STEP 14
Garnish with mint and berries.
STEP 15
Let it brew a little.
STEP 16
Remove the ring - and you can treat yourself to a healthy, natural and not at all harmful cake.
