For dinner I made buckwheat porridge with chicken in a slow cooker. I had about 800 grams of chicken fillet, which is what I used. I replaced sour cream and one glass of water with 200 ml of 10 percent cream. I fried vegetables and chicken meat on the “Fry” mode, it took about 12 minutes. Together with buckwheat, the chicken was cooked on the “Grains” mode for 30 minutes. Despite the very simple set of ingredients, it turned out very tasty, and in a short time. It turned out very tasty, I don’t like buckwheat at all, but I ate this dish with pleasure. Can you tell me if it will work or not with instant buckwheat flakes? If you put buckwheat flakes, how much water do you need and how long to cook in the slow cooker? Buckwheat flakes just sit on the shelf, no one wants to eat.
