    STEP 2

Before we start preparing vegetables, pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “frying” or “baking” mode (whichever is available) so that the multicooker warms up. Cut the onion into thin half rings.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grate the carrots on a medium grater, put our vegetables in the multicooker bowl, stir and fry for 5 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

When the vegetables are fried, add our minced meat. (I twisted the minced meat onto the largest mesh in a meat grinder so that the pieces of meat could be felt better, but at the same time it is minced meat)))

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix well and fry for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

After 20 minutes, our minced meat with vegetables was well fried.

    STEP 7

Add our well sorted and washed buckwheat...

    STEP 8

...fill with water, salt, pepper and sprinkle with ground bay leaf to taste. Mix. We set the mode to “porridge” or “pilaf” (whichever is available). By default, this mode is 1 hour, but 30 minutes is enough for porridge. It all depends on the model of your multicooker. Close the lid and wait for the deliciousness))

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

During the process, I open the lid once and stir in the porridge so that all the flavors are mixed))). I close and wait...

After 30-35 minutes, open the lid and stir the porridge again. Pour into plates, decorate with green stuff and fresh vegetables, and invite your household to the table)) Bon appetit everyone!

I cooked buckwheat with minced meat in a slow cooker for dinner. This is an excellent recipe for a simple dish using affordable ingredients. I made the minced meat from beef tripe. First, I boiled it three times for 10 minutes each, after which I drained the water. The fourth time, the tripe was cooked for about 1.5 hours. I passed the cooled tripe through a meat grinder. I got about 800 grams of minced meat. It took me less time to cook, since I had the minced meat ready, and I didn’t have to spend a lot of time frying it. The buckwheat with minced meat turned out tasty and satisfying. My husband especially liked this dish; he ate two large portions at once. The kids were happy too. Thank you very much for the quick and easy dinner recipe!

I love buckwheat with minced meat. And cook, and serve, and feast on it. This is a win-win option for a hearty dinner. I can cook this dish in a slow cooker or just on a gas stove. To make it more appetizing, I sometimes add to the minced meat and buckwheat a sauce of tomato paste and sour cream in a 1:1 ratio, dissolved in 250 ml of water. Delicious!
