I boiled the buckwheat as usual, proportions 1:2. When there was about 1.5-2 cm of water left, I turned off the heating and left the cereal to “simmer” under the lid. At this time I made a frying of onions, carrots and minced meat. I didn’t add pepper, my daughter doesn’t like it. The minced meat was made from beef. I poured the buckwheat and frying mixture with a mixture of eggs and 10% cream. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. During this time, the dish was completely baked. It's tasty, satisfying, juicy!
