Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all products. Wash the broccoli and champignons thoroughly, divide the cabbage into inflorescences, cut the mushrooms into slices
STEP 2

Boil water, put cabbage in for 3-4 minutes, mushrooms for 10-15 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and allow to dry from excess water.
STEP 3

Prepare the marinade: for 1 liter of boiling water you will need salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar in the quantities indicated. It took me 2.5 liters of marinade for 3 jars of 750 g each, even with the mushrooms and cabbage tightly packed.
STEP 4

Place prepared mushrooms and cabbage in jars, pour hot marinade and immediately screw on the lids. Turn over, cover, cool. We are waiting for a chance to open.

Hello, Galina! I would like to clarify the amount of marinade. In my opinion, we physically cannot fit 2.5 liters of marinade into 3 jars with a volume of 0.75, and there are also vegetables in there?
