STEP 1
Take the meat, wash it and cut it into cubes. Add salt, ground black pepper and spices to taste. Stir and marinate for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 2
Cut the onion into half rings, add salt and ground black pepper. Stir.
STEP 3
Take butter and cut about 1 cm.
STEP 4
Melt the butter on the stove over low heat.
STEP 5
We make the dough like dumplings. Roll into a sausage and cut into 5 even pieces. We roll out each part, take a silicone brush and coat it with melted butter, place it on top of each other. Do not grease the last part. Roll out the resulting layers into one pancake.
STEP 6
Place meat in the middle of the pancake and onion on top. We're closing everything. We make sides on the sides. Place in the oven at 180 degrees. Cook for 30-40 minutes, you will see how it browns and it’s ready.
