How delicious! And the filling is very unusual for whites. I usually only put in minced pork and fried onions. I’ll try to pamper my family with these whites this weekend!

In my mind, belyashi are fatty flatbreads with minced meat boiling in oil. And here magnificent harmless whites are baked so delicately. I have already promised my husband that I will make the filling from suluguni for myself.

Wonderful recipe. Traditional belyashi fried in oil, from the point of view of nutritionists, is certainly harmful to health. In general, with this dough you can make belyashi with different fillings, not only with meat, I think it will be delicious with a sweet filling too.

My favorite childhood dish, my mother and I could never pass by cafes with pasties. I think it can be prepared just as well at home, I will definitely use this recipe :)

Recently I started baking pies exclusively in the oven. So tasty, even better than in oil. But I never baked belyashi, I only fried it. I'll definitely experiment.
