It's finally real winter outside, and there are hot meat peppers at home! Since the fall I’ve had a freezer full of frozen peppers, I’ve been slowly stuffing them and preparing delicious dinners. This time I took a kilogram of minced chicken, I cook a lot at once. I cooked some on the stove and baked some using this recipe. My husband, of course, liked this option better, because there are a lot of vegetables) I also have frozen tomatoes in slices, very convenient. I placed stuffed peppers on a bed of vegetables and baked them. My sauce consists of homemade ketchup and cream. Bell peppers stuffed with meat in the oven with sour cream and baked sauce are a special pleasure) Meat and rice in juicy peppers are delicious in themselves, and together with a delicate tomato-cream sauce it’s absolutely bliss! The filling turned out juicy and satisfying. This is a great dish for a family dinner.
