Bell peppers stuffed with meat in the oven with sour cream

To prepare delicious stuffed bell peppers, prepare the necessary products with spices.
STEP 2

We prepare one kilogram of homemade minced meat required for the recipe according to your desire and taste.

Grate one large carrot into a large bowl using a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Grate two onions into a bowl using a coarse grater.
STEP 5

Place the prepared minced meat in a bowl with onions and carrots, then add two hundred grams of slightly undercooked rice, one teaspoon of salt and a mixture of black and red peppers to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with your hands.
STEP 7

Cut half a head of onion into half rings, then one tomato into rings and one carrot into slices using a curly knife.
STEP 8

Place half of the chopped vegetables in an even layer on the bottom of a deep bowl.
STEP 9

Fill the prepared peeled and well-washed bell pepper with the required amount of minced meat.
STEP 10

Press the minced meat into the peppers well using a fork.
STEP 11

Place stuffed peppers in a bowl with vegetables.
STEP 12

Cover the pepper with a layer of chopped vegetables, add a few pieces of chopped hot red pepper to taste and pour boiling water over it.

Close the pan with a lid and place in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for forty to fifty minutes.
STEP 14

To prepare the dressing, place two hundred grams of sour cream in a bowl.
STEP 15

Place one hundred grams of tomato sauce or paste in a bowl with sour cream.

Add half a teaspoon of khmeli-suneli and one third of a teaspoon of coriander to the bowl.

Add two cloves of garlic, passed through a press, to the bowl.
STEP 18

Pour one third of a teaspoon of salt into a common bowl.
STEP 19

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
STEP 20

After fifty minutes, remove the pan with pepper from the oven.
STEP 21

Spread the prepared sauce on top of the peppers, add bay leaves to taste and, lowering the oven temperature to one hundred and fifty, put the pan in it again until the dish is fully cooked.
STEP 22

After twenty minutes, take the pan with the cooked peppers in sour cream sauce out of the oven and place in portions on plates.
