Beef in sweet and sour sauce
If desired, you can sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds. Absolutely any side dish will go with this dish. I served it with cooked fluffy rice.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make beef in sweet and sour sauce? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2

Cut the beef into small pieces.
STEP 3

Sprinkle the meat with flour and pour soy sauce over it. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
STEP 4

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into cubes.
STEP 5

Cut the mushrooms into slices.
STEP 6

Place the beef with the marinade in a heated frying pan and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 7

Add green beans, bell peppers and mushrooms to the meat.
STEP 8

Fry, stirring, 5-7 minutes.
STEP 9

Add tomato paste and apple cider vinegar to the pan and mix thoroughly. If by this point all the water from the vegetables has evaporated and the mass is too viscous, you can add 30-40 ml of water.
STEP 10

Simmer for about 25 minutes until fully cooked.
