Barley porridge with tomato juice and beef in the oven

Change your attitude towards pearl barley by trying this dish at least once! To be honest, I never liked pearl barley, but after I cooked it in a slow cooker (and I already posted this recipe earlier), I thought, why haven’t I cooked it before? Today I cooked it in a pot - to my deep surprise, the whole family liked it, which I was very happy about, because it is an excellent alternative to pasta, which is already quite boring)))
