Baked red fish with vegetables in foil

STEP 1

To prepare red fish baked with vegetables in foil, you will need: any red fish fillet, carrots, onions, bell peppers, green peas, salt, lemon, olive oil, Provençal herbs, dried basil and lemon balm.
STEP 2

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
STEP 3

I used pre-prepared chum salmon fillet. Salt the fillet, sprinkle with Provençal herbs, basil, and lemon balm. Add olive oil, lemon juice and stir. Leave the fish to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 4

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. We clean the carrots, wash them, and chop them arbitrarily, but not finely.
STEP 5

Peel the onions, wash them and cut them into half rings.
STEP 6

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into strips.
STEP 7

Combine carrots, onions, peppers, green peas with fish.
STEP 8

Mix everything carefully.
STEP 9

Now you need to properly wrap the food in foil to ensure a complete seal. To do this, place the fish and vegetables on one half of a sheet of foil and cover with the other half.
STEP 10

Fold the free edges several times and press tightly. To be on the safe side, you can wrap it in a second layer of foil to prevent the juices from escaping. We crumple the foil to the shape of the product. I got two little bags.
STEP 11

Bake fish and vegetables in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. We take it out and carefully unfold the foil so as not to get burned by the steam.
STEP 12

Serve hot with a side dish of potatoes or cereals. If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving. Bon appetit!
