Bagels rolls with poppy seeds in chocolate glaze

STEP 1
We prepare the products.
STEP 2
Pour poppy seeds into a convenient bowl, such as a small frying pan, and fill it with water so that it lightly covers the poppy seeds. Place over medium heat and cook the poppy seeds, stirring until the water has completely boiled away. You can try the poppy seed, if it is still hard, add more water and cook a little more. STEP 3
Roll out the dough and cut into triangles, as in the photo.
STEP 4
Remove poppy seeds from heat.
STEP 5
Add honey and mix thoroughly.
STEP 6
Place the filling on the dough and roll it into rolls.
STEP 7
Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. You need to make sure that the rolls do not dry out. Time and temperature are approximate, use your technique as a guide. Read about ovens in the article at the end of this recipe.
