    How to make a basic recipe with beef pickles and potatoes in Tatar style? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I used beef, but lamb or horse would also work well. It is better to take pickled cucumbers in barrels. I only had gherkins, so I used those.

Azu turned out very tasty, somewhat reminiscent of the taste of cabbage stew from childhood. I added one lettuce pepper. Really interesting with potatoes. On the second day, I added a little water and boiled it and then added couscous to cover everything Azu, closed the lid and after 3 minutes we ate. Couscous has a different taste. And so instead of two portions it turned out to be 4.
