Suitable for any teeth :))), thanks to its delicate, soft structure. The cream gives the cake a taste reminiscent of ice cream. I found this cake on the Internet. But when I made it for the first time according to the recipe I found, it turned out that for the specified volume of ingredients for the dough, there was not enough cream (for my taste). Therefore, next time I increased the amount of cream by 1.5 times. The cake turned out to be more tender, aromatic and with a richer creamy taste, reminiscent of ice cream. It was in this version that it fully justified its delicious name Ice Cream. I think it's called that because it needs to be thoroughly chilled for 3-4 hours before serving. Then it becomes even tastier!

Bake the cake at 180 degrees until golden brown for 30-35 minutes. Time and temperature are approximate, rely on your oven and the readiness of the cakes.

    We dilute the starch with part of the milk, pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil.

Cover the mixture with the edges of cling film and place the mold in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Later, turn the contents of the container onto a flat dish and carefully remove the film.

Prepared. Only we still didn’t understand: it was a dessert or a cake. Well, I really liked it! I made the cream from 500 ml. milk and 3 tbsp. starch (incomplete). It turned out to be quite enough. TASTY!!! No hassles. Fast. MOTHER OF A SWEET TOOTH, THANK YOU!

Thank you, I tried to bake the cake idea, I liked it, but I made some changes. Added walnuts and raisins to the dough, and 600 ml of milk cream, 3.5 tablespoons of starch (full) Decorated with chocolate cream. Very tasty and beautiful.
