STEP 1

All the ingredients we need The apples are medium, not very large, but if you like more apples, then see for yourself, the eggs are also a middle one, if they are small, then you need less flour, gradually add and watch! And if the apples are sour, then you can add sugar to them, to your taste (you can also add nuts/dried fruits/chocolate, etc., everything is very tasty) :D
STEP 2

Mix eggs and sugar, you can use a mixer, you can use vetch, you don’t have to beat it into foam
STEP 3

We add flour, piece by piece, and the dough turns out thicker than for pancakes. Add and mix well baking soda, vanillin and cinnamon slaked with vinegar. If you want chocolate charlotte, then add cocoa as well, but in this case you need to put a little less flour so that the dough is not too thick.
STEP 4

Peel and seed the apples and cut them into pieces so that they are not too large
STEP 5

Mix the dough and apples and place them in a frying pan, having previously greased it with layers of butter (sides). I also sprinkle with a thin layer of flour, it never burns!
STEP 6

On VERY low heat we “bake” our pie ~20-30’ under a lid! BUT it all depends on the number of ingredients (maybe you took more or a small diameter frying pan and got a tall pie) so watch out, mine are relatively thin and the bottom of the frying pan is not very thick, so for me it only comes out 15-20', for some it may take an hour, just check with a toothpick or match. At the end you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour over chocolate, etc. Bon appetit
