Delicate pancakes with a rich apple taste and aroma turn out very juicy. Simple and tasty! A minimal set of ingredients, just 20 minutes of time - and there’s a plate with a pile of golden pancakes on the table. I didn’t grate the apples, but finely chopped them with a knife. This way you can better taste the apples in the pancakes. I added a little cinnamon on my own.
