Pumpkin is a vegetable that resembles the sun in its color and has absorbed all the vitamins of a summer garden. It does not lose its nutritional properties for a long time. The main thing is to follow simple storage rules. The room temperature should be from 5 to 15 0C. Dampness is highly undesirable. Darkened areas are recommended.
Simple recipe: 1. Boil water.2. Boil carrots and onions in it.3. Add spices and salt.4. Remove vegetables from broth.5. If necessary, add water and boil again.6. Cut the pumpkin into pieces.7.
