It’s a pity that in our time we have begun to forget such recipes prepared from our native vegetables. That is, those that grow here. Pumpkin is an excellent storehouse of vitamins and is well absorbed in the body. Pumpkin also fascinates with its juicy orange color, I never thought that you can make soup from it. That's right, pumpkin puree soup is suitable for any diet, but I would refuse croutons in favor of the same diet, although of course all soups taste better with croutons)))
