Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare a hearty pumpkin puree soup, prepare the necessary products and spices.
STEP 2
Cut one kilogram of fresh, peeled and seeded pumpkin into fairly large cubes.
STEP 3
Place the sliced pumpkin pieces in a suitable pan.
STEP 4
Cut one carrot into arbitrary, but fairly large pieces.
STEP 5
Place the carrots cut into pieces into the pan.
STEP 6
Cut one bell pepper into arbitrary cubes and place in a common pan.
STEP 7
Pour the required amount of boiling water into the pan so that it completely covers the vegetables and cover with a lid and bring to a boil on the stove.
STEP 8
As soon as the water in the pan boils, stir the vegetables, remove the resulting foam and switch the stove to medium heat, close the pan with a lid, then continue to cook the vegetables for about ten minutes.
STEP 9
Remove the pan from the stove after ten minutes and grind the vegetables with a blender to the required state.
STEP 10
Add a little salt to the pan to taste, pour in two hundred milliliters of cream and stir.
STEP 11
Place the pan back on the stove and bring to a boil, but do not boil, then turn off the stove and add a mixture of peppers to the pan to taste.
