Today I made pumpkin puree soup for my youngest. I used fresh pumpkin. I sent all the vegetables to cook in water until tender. About 5 minutes before turning off the stove, I salted the soup. When the vegetables were ready, I poured out half of the liquid and crushed them with an immersion blender. I added butter, but for personal reasons I didn’t add cream. By adding broth in which the vegetables were cooked, I brought the soup puree to the required consistency. It turned out tasty and nutritious. I really liked it too. Thanks to the author for the simple and tasty recipe for the children's and diet menu.
