STEP 1

How to cook pumpkin soup puree? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices. You can change their set to your liking.
STEP 2

To prepare the soup, cut four hundred grams of pumpkin, half of one carrot, half of one bell pepper, one quarter of one onion, one tomato and two hundred grams of celery into fairly large random pieces.
STEP 3

Take a suitable saucepan or saucepan, as in our recipe, and place the chopped vegetables in it, then pour four hundred milliliters of boiled water into the saucepan.
STEP 4

Place the saucepan with the chopped vegetables on the stove, then cover it with a lid and bring the vegetables to a boil over high heat on the stove.
STEP 5

Pour salt to taste into a saucepan with boiled vegetables and pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it.
STEP 6

Place in a saucepan with vegetables prepared from tomatoes with the addition of horseradish and garlic with horseradish salt or adjika to taste.

Switch the stove to the minimum temperature, then cover the saucepan with vegetables and continue cooking them for fifteen to twenty minutes.
STEP 8

As time passes, add spices to the saucepan to taste for cooking vegetables.
STEP 9

Pour dried home-made herbs into a saucepan with vegetables to taste.
STEP 10

Take a blender and grind all the ingredients in a saucepan until smooth.
STEP 11

The result was a beautiful and aromatic homogeneous puree soup of the required consistency.
STEP 12

Cover the saucepan with a lid and place it on the stove, then heat the prepared puree soup at a low stove temperature for two minutes until fully cooked.
STEP 13

Pour the prepared puree soup into portioned bowls, then add finely chopped herbs to it to taste and serve.
