Chicken breast rolls are prepared both from a whole piece of meat, flattened, and from minced meat prepared on its basis. The breast should be perfectly fresh, juicy and firm. The main stages of preparing rolls: beat the pulp, wrap any filling, and heat treat it.
Interesting recipe: 1. Wash and dry the chicken breast.2. Cut along the muscle fibers into thin slices.3. Carefully beat off each piece.4. Mix salt with aromatic seasonings.5. Rub the salt mixture onto each side of the pounded chicken.6. Leave to marinate for half an hour.7. Steam the prunes in advance.8. Puree the peeled garlic and nuts in a blender to form a paste.9. Finely chop the steamed prunes. Mix with garlic and nut mixture. Add grated cheese.10. Season with mayonnaise. Stir.11. Place the filling on the marinated fillet pieces.12. Roll up the rolls.
