New Year's marble chicken roll

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare a marble roll, we take chicken breast, gelatin, spices and salt, dill and garlic. We will also need a baking bag. We will prepare the proportions of the listed products according to the list.
STEP 2
Cut the chicken breast into medium cubes.
STEP 3
Finely chop the dill and garlic cloves.
STEP 4
Place the chopped chicken meat in a bowl, add gelatin, salt and spices, chopped garlic and dill, mix everything well.
STEP 5
Place the mixture for the roll in a baking bag.
STEP 6
We tie the bag with the roll mixture tightly so that the mixture can be formed into a sausage.
STEP 7
Place the tied bag in an oblong baking dish.
STEP 8
Place the mold in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
STEP 9
After 50 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and let the roll cool slightly.
STEP 10
Then transfer the bag to a long dish and leave at room temperature until it cools for another 20-30 minutes.
STEP 11
Next we need to shape the roll and secure it. To do this, you can either wrap it over the bag with film and tie it with threads, or you can wrap the bag with the mass in a hard sushi napkin, as in the photo.
STEP 12
In this form, place the roll in the refrigerator overnight so that it hardens well.
STEP 13
We release the finished roll from the bag, it is quite dense and ready to eat.
STEP 14
Cut the marbled chicken roll into slices, place them on a plate and serve. Beautiful, tasty and unusual.
