STEP 1
Prepare all products according to the list. Instead of feta, I prefer fetaxa, it looks like a block, which is very convenient, because... You can cut rectangles the width of a fillet. For this purpose, it is also better to take a large tomato. The bacon should be in stripes. For six servings, I needed twelve strips.
STEP 2
Wash and dry the chicken fillet thoroughly, remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Cut each fillet into slices (I got two slices from one fillet), then beat lightly. Rub each plate with garlic (renewing the cut of the clove each time, removing a thin layer from it), sprinkle with dry spices for chicken, and salt. Do the same on the other side of the fillet.
STEP 3
Place a block of feta and a block of tomato on each fillet plate, roll into a tight roll, wrap each roll in turn with two strips of bacon and secure with two toothpicks for strength.
STEP 4
Place the rolls in a baking dish. There is no need to lubricate it with oil. The chicken rolls will be stewed in their own juices, so nothing will burn or burn) Between the rolls I place the remains of the chopped tomato. Place the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes. I bake them in the oven on the “top and bottom heat” mode for 30-40 minutes, then turn on the “convection” mode and cook them for another five to ten minutes.
STEP 5
After the specified time, take the yummy out of the oven. A delicious dinner is ready. To add flavor to the dish, you can immediately sprinkle it with fresh fragrant chopped dill and parsley.
