Chicken rolls in mustard-cream sauce

STEP 1

Remove the skin from the breast and carefully separate the fillet from the bones. You can, of course, buy fillet right away, but I already had breast with skin.
STEP 2

Cut the fillet diagonally into thin slices. It’s better to freeze the breast a little, the pieces will turn out smoother. But not necessarily.
STEP 3

Lightly beat, salt and pepper. It's okay that all the pieces are different sizes.
STEP 4

Spread a little mustard.
STEP 5

Cut the gherkins into 4 parts.
STEP 6

Place gherkin slices on mustard.
STEP 7

Roll up, securing with a toothpick.
STEP 8

Let's start preparing the sauce. Boil the wine for 3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol, leaving only the aroma.
STEP 9

Pour in cream or sour cream.
STEP 10

Add all the remaining mustard. Mix.
STEP 11

Add soy sauce, sugar. Bring to a boil, leave over low heat, stirring.
STEP 12

Fry the rolls in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 13

Place the rolls in the sauce, after removing the toothpicks. Leave for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
STEP 14

The ideal side dish for rolls is fluffy mashed potatoes.
