Chicken rolls in mustard-cream sauce

An unusual dish made from ordinary products will delight you and your family. Having prepared it once, from the reaction of my family, I realized that this dish had firmly taken one of the first places in our family.

    Add soy sauce, sugar. Bring to a boil, leave over low heat, stirring.

The holiday, March 8, is coming soon, and I want to please my friends with something new, ordinary in appearance, but with a surprise. This dish is perfect! Quick to prepare, without complications, and with unusual filling! Looks beautiful, delicious! We call similar rolls “fingers”; they are prepared with meat filling (minced meat), or with liver and lard, cut into strips. But with cucumbers - this is the first time I’ve seen such a recipe. I'm putting it in the cookbook.

Is it possible to replace this mustard with another one? My family doesn't really like her. Is there something that can be replaced, not just a hundred?
