Remove large veins from the cabbage and chop finely.

Wash the greens, dry them, chop finely. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

In a suitable sized bowl, whisk the eggs and salt until smooth. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria.

Add grated cheese, herbs, cabbage to beaten eggs, mix everything well.

Place the cabbage mixture on a Teflon or silicone mat in the form of a rectangular layer about 1 cm thick.
