Pour oil into a deep pan and heat it well.

Add the diced onion and simmer until translucent over medium heat.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into small strips.
STEP 5

Add the carrots to the pan with the onions.

Peel the bell pepper and cut into strips. Wash the tomato and cut into medium-sized slices. Place the vegetables in a saucepan with the onions and carrots.
STEP 7

Peel the potatoes, rinse well to remove starch and cut into strips. Place on top of tomatoes and peppers.
STEP 8

Wash the zucchini and cut into half circles or strips the same size and thickness as the potatoes. If the zucchini is not very young, then you must first remove the skin and remove the seeds. Simmer the vegetables covered for 40 minutes. Do not stir.
STEP 9

Chop the dill.
STEP 10

Salt and add spices to taste.
STEP 11

Place the greens on top and only then mix everything carefully. Cover the pan with a lid again and simmer for another 20 minutes over moderate heat.
