Zucchini in the oven with minced meat and mushrooms

An incredibly tasty and aromatic appetizer for your everyday menu! Zucchini by itself is very tasteless. That's why I like dishes that involve stuffing zucchini. I read this recipe in a magazine about delicious food. I really liked the photo. Everything looked very appetizing. I decided to make my own zucchini boats stuffed with mushrooms at home. It turned out to be an excellent dish and a very satisfying meal for every day. This recipe is good because you can use any filling for the minced meat. I have mushroom, you can have meat.

Great dish! All the ingredients are available, and it looks very elegant! I used oyster mushrooms (the main thing is not to overcook them, otherwise they will be tough), but you can also use champignons. Here's another stuffing option for those who don't like mushrooms

Interesting recipe, I need to try it, I only did this with minced meat, it wasn’t bad. But I think it will be no worse with mushrooms. Yes, in terms of product compatibility, this recipe is better than one prepared with minced meat. I will definitely try it and recommend it to my friends

Great recipe! Thanks to the author =) Only now I mixed the mushrooms with the core of the zucchini, which I also fried in vegetable oil. And they were in the oven for about 30 minutes. I recommend)

I stuff eggplants with mushrooms, but somehow I didn’t think of zucchini. I will definitely make this dish. Thanks for the recipe.
