Zucchini in the oven with minced meat and mushrooms

STEP 1
So, to cook them, you will need a few medium-sized zucchini. For stuffing, choose smooth zucchini.

Wash them and cut them in half lengthwise.

Carefully remove all the seeds and pulp (all this can be used in another dish). Take a frying pan and fry the zucchini halves in vegetable oil until golden brown. Set them aside and start stuffing.

and fry in vegetable oil with onions. Salt them, pepper and season with spices. At the end of frying, add a little sour cream and a little lemon juice. Chop the greens very finely and also add them to the minced meat.
