Until the time for young zucchini passes, it’s always interesting to find a new recipe for preparing them, no matter how you look at it, and I don’t get tired of zucchini, although I don’t cook them myself every day. Your dish looks very attractive, and is essentially cooked in a slow cooker. I personally fry the zucchini in a slow cooker for 5 minutes, and then I start stewing.

Delicious! I just forgot to sprinkle the zucchini with spices and that’s probably why the taste of sour cream is strong. Despite this, I really liked the dish. I really like vegetable dishes, but I prefer to eat them cold. I love zucchini, and here they are almost dietary. It cooks quickly, no need to fry anything. Just a wonderful recipe!
