I really love these salads! You can also add boiled eggs and canned tuna to it, if desired. But this time I chopped what was in the recipe. The salad, although light, is quite filling. Dressed with Greek yogurt. It’s nice to crunch and be filled with healthy minerals and vitamins. With this composition of vegetables, the immune system is well enriched and iron is well absorbed.
