Yeast pie in a bread machine
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make yeast cake in a bread machine? Prepare your food. Remove milk, butter and eggs from the refrigerator in advance; they should warm well at room temperature, and the butter should soften. It may take more or less flour than the stated amount. Wash and dry the raisins. You don't have to add raisins at all. This recipe is designed for a pie weighing 750 grams, I prepared half a portion.
STEP 2
Take a bread machine bucket and install the stirrer blade. In my model, the dough products are added in the following way - first liquid, then dry. In other models, the order may differ; see the instructions for your bread maker. Heat the milk until warm and pour it into a bucket. It should become just warm, but not hot, so as not to scald or destroy the yeast. Beat in the egg and add soft butter. Add sugar and salt.
STEP 3
Sift flour into a bucket. By doing this you will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the baked goods more fluffy. In order not to fill the dough with flour, I did not add all of it at once, leaving a small part. Make a small well in the center and add the yeast. This is also stipulated in the instructions - yeast should not come into contact with milk.
STEP 4
Place the bucket in the bread maker and run the program suitable for the butter pie. In my bread machine it's "Sweet Bread". Weight is 750 grams (since I cooked half of it, I set it to 500), I always use a light crust, my bread maker over-fries any baked goods. The dough kneading will begin. Pour washed and dried raisins into it. Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides of the flour to help the appliance.
STEP 5
Look at the consistency of the dough; if it seems liquid, add a couple more tablespoons of flour. If dry, add a little more milk. As a result, you should get a homogeneous lump of dough that will not stick to the walls.
STEP 6
When this happens, close the lid and leave the bread maker until the end of the program. After the end signal, open the lid and remove the bucket.
STEP 7
Turn it over and shake out the cake. If the blade remains in it, then remove it with a hook. Leave the cake to cool under a towel.
STEP 8
Serve the pie to the table; you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
