Yeast loaf made from dough with condensed milk and yogurt

STEP 1

Pour boiling water into the condensed milk, stir, the condensed milk should dissolve.

Pour yogurt, add sugar, eggs, salt, yeast. Mix everything and add flour. Sift the flour and add in parts. At the end of the kneading, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil,

Let's knead the dough.

Place the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
STEP 5

This is the dough we will have in 3 hours. It will rise well.
STEP 6

Knead the dough. We mentally divide it into 3 parts and take one part for decorations.
STEP 7

Make a bun and place it on a sheet. Cut a piece from the remaining part. And we make something like a braid. And we wrap this braid around our bun, as it were.

We also make a small ring for the top.

We make a spike from narrow strips. You can make it from a rope. We just make cuts with scissors.

We decorate the loaf. I secured all the decorations with toothpicks. Now let it stand for 30 minutes. Cover with a towel. We don't coat it with yolk. Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.
STEP 11

Place in the oven on the very bottom. Turn on top bottom. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce to 170 degrees and bake further. When the loaf is well browned, cover it with foil. And bake until the end. At the end, check with a wooden skewer. If necessary, hold for another 5-10 minutes.
STEP 12

For the syrup, mix water and sugar. Let's boil it. And we coat our loaf with a brush. So it will shine for us. We remove the finished loaf. It must stand overnight. Bon appetit.
