    Add a pinch of salt for taste, one tablespoon of sugar, four tablespoons of vegetable oil to a mug of kefir at room temperature and stir with a whisk until smooth, pour into a bowl of flour, thoroughly mixing all the ingredients.

    Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands until it has a soft texture; it should easily separate from your hands, after which we gather it into a lump and, covering it with a towel, set it aside for thirty minutes.

    Very finely chop five hundred grams of green onions.

    Place the chopped green onions in a bowl, add salt to taste and mash them with a wooden masher.

By weight. I’ve never cooked with kefir, so I was very surprised that it was heavy. You take it in your hand and feel how heavy it is. But they ate delicious in one fell swoop.

Excellent dough. I really liked it. Prepares quickly. It's impossible to make a mistake. I'm not a photographer, and I don't know how to roll pies. So this is a first for me, and even fried in a frying pan.
