Yeast-free kefir pies with green onions and eggs

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare delicious yeast-free lazy pies, hard-boil chicken eggs and prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2
Sift three hundred grams of flour through a sieve into a large bowl, add one teaspoon of baking soda and mix with a whisk.
STEP 3
Add a pinch of salt for taste, one tablespoon of sugar, four tablespoons of vegetable oil to a mug of kefir at room temperature and stir with a whisk until smooth, pour into a bowl of flour, thoroughly mixing all the ingredients.
STEP 4
Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands until it has a soft texture; it should easily separate from your hands, after which we gather it into a lump and, covering it with a towel, set it aside for thirty minutes.
STEP 5
Very finely chop five hundred grams of green onions.
STEP 6
Place the chopped green onions in a bowl, add salt to taste and mash them with a wooden masher.
STEP 7
Grate five boiled eggs on a coarse grater, add them to the bowl with the onion and mix to get a wonderful filling for pies.
STEP 8
Having greased the surface of the table with vegetable oil and placed the dough on it, knead it well until it has a soft texture and assemble it into a roll, which we divide into smaller pieces. Knead the pieces of dough into the shape needed to make the pie and place the required amount of filling with pieces of butter in the middle.
STEP 9
We connect the opposite edges of the cake and pinch them well.
STEP 10
We pinch the pie tightly so that it does not open during frying and shape it beautifully.
STEP 11
Heat a frying pan with a decent amount of vegetable oil on the stove over high heat until it reaches the desired condition.
STEP 12
Reduce the heat on the stove and place the pies in the frying pan, seam side down for security, fry them over medium heat on both sides until a golden brown crust forms.
STEP 13
Place the prepared pies on a plate lined with a paper napkin to catch excess oil, then place on a convenient dish.
