Wok noodles with vegetables

Fast, simple, beautiful and fantastically tasty! Wok noodles with vegetables are not only very appetizing, but also incredibly aromatic. This happens due to the use of soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in preparation, which complement this dish and make its taste piquant.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make wok noodles with vegetables at home? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. First, boil the noodles. To do this, place it in boiling water and stir. Cook the noodles over low heat for 3-4 minutes, then drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and leave in a colander for a while to drain.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and thinly slice into feathers. I use red onions because they look beautiful in the dish and have a special sweet taste. But you can also use regular onion, it also turns out delicious.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the carrots and cut into thin long strips.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the bell pepper, remove the stem and cut into long thin strips.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place all prepared vegetables in a wok (if you don’t have one, use a thick-bottomed frying pan) with a small amount of vegetable oil and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fry the vegetables for literally 2-3 minutes, let them remain crispy.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add the previously boiled noodles, pour in the remaining soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. This is quite convenient to do with bamboo sticks. Fry the noodles with vegetables for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Taste the prepared noodles with vegetables and add salt if necessary. The sauces are quite salty, so you probably won't need salt. Mix everything and transfer to serving containers, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bon appetit!

I know a version of the dish with chicken. Those who can’t live without meat can try this option.
