  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make wild garlic salad? Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

For this dish, you can take 150 grams of onions or the same weight (150 grams) of leeks. If you took onion, then peel it and chop it. If you have leeks, wash them and cut them into half rings. You can take 75 grams of each type of onion.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the radish, cut off the ends on both sides, cut into 2 parts and cut into half circles.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

I used regular tomatoes for the salad, but cherry tomatoes are also suitable, but you need to take three times as many of them - 3 large tomatoes are equal to 10 cherry tomatoes. Wash the tomatoes and cut into four parts (if regular) or two parts (if cherry).

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Wash the cucumbers and cut into thin slices, which can be left as is or cut in half.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Wash the wild garlic and chop it with a knife.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

In a salad bowl, mix wild garlic with tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and onions. All this – add salt to taste. To serve, we will also need hard-boiled eggs: 2-3 chicken or 10 quail. For this recipe I used regular chicken ones, but sometimes I use quail ones.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place eggs on top of the salad, cut into 2 (if quail) or 4 (if chicken) parts. Top the salad with sour cream (or mayonnaise, preferably homemade) of good fat content. The dish is ready!

This is the very first spring salad! a storehouse of vitamins after winter. If you don’t have wild garlic, you can just add more green onions - it turns out very tasty! I recommend it to everyone!

Now is the time for fresh vegetables; this salad comes in handy, both nutritious and rich in vitamins. And wild garlic gives the salad a special piquancy; I had never tried this green before, but when I decided to try it, I was pleasantly surprised. This salad can be topped with kefir or classic yogurt.

It really only took 15 minutes, if not less, considering that I made it for the first time according to your recipe! I don’t like to taste the onions in the salad, so I chopped them incredibly finely, then kept them in boiling water. The salad turned out to be very bright, it seems very simple, so at least serve it to guests.

I really love summer time, when this season is saturated with a lot of vitamins. This salad prepares very quickly, and due to the tomatoes and eggs, the taste is very delicate, despite the fact that it contains wild garlic. And on the salad you can put mayonnaise instead of sour cream. Now I will make this salad all the time. I really liked it.
