Wheat porridge with butter without milk
Delicious porridge is suitable as a side dish for any dish! And it's easy to cook! I really love wheat porridge. It is very healthy, has a low glycemic index, thanks to which it is included in children's menus and is ideal for dietary nutrition, and is included in the mandatory diet of athletes. It is high in fiber, contains phosphorus, iron and potassium. There are two types of cereals: Poltava (usually called simply Wheat groats) and Artek. Today I prepared Poltava groats. Even a beginner in cooking can prepare this porridge.

When the water has been absorbed, our wheat porridge in water is almost ready. Turn off the heat and add butter
STEP 12

You can’t spoil porridge with oil, so you can put another piece of butter on the plate. Bon appetit!
