STEP 1
How to make waffles in a multi-baker? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Remove eggs, milk and butter from the refrigerator in advance to allow them to come to room temperature. This will make the waffle batter softer. To bake waffles, you can use either a multi-baker, an electric waffle iron, or a gas waffle iron.
STEP 2
Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Set the whites aside and beat the yolks with sugar in a deep bowl.
STEP 3
Beating the yolks should result in a fluffy white mass.
STEP 4
Add softened butter to the bowl and beat until smooth.
STEP 5
Pour milk into the mixture and add vanilla sugar, beat everything together well.
STEP 6
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking.
STEP 7
The consistency of the dough should be thick.
STEP 8
In a separate bowl, beat the whites with a pinch of salt until white peaks form.
STEP 9
Place the beaten egg whites onto the dough.
STEP 10
Gently stir the dough with a spatula from top to bottom until it looks like thick yogurt.
STEP 11
Preheat the multi-baker, lightly brush the surface with a brush with vegetable oil. Spread the dough with a tablespoon; I used 1.5 tablespoons of dough for one waffle.
STEP 12
Bake the waffles for about 7-10 minutes, then cover with a towel to keep them soft.
STEP 13
Ready-made waffles can be served with honey, condensed milk, berries or fruits. Enjoy your tea!
