STEP 1

RED DOUGH: Beat one egg and powdered sugar until white.
STEP 2

Add dye to the resulting mixture and beat everything again until the dough is completely intensely colored.
STEP 3

Put soda into kefir and stir.
STEP 4

Add vegetable oil to kefir. Mix everything until smooth.
STEP 5

Next, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and mix thoroughly.
STEP 6

Add the flour mixture and kefir mixture to the egg mixture in parts, alternating them and knead the dough.
STEP 7

Pour the dough into a mold lined with parchment and greased with butter.
STEP 8

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Place the finished cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 9

COFFEE DOUGH: Beat eggs with sugar until sugar crystals are completely dissolved and a fluffy white mass is obtained. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix carefully.
STEP 10

Place the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
STEP 11

Place the finished cake in the center on a towel with a mat and fold it in half, turning each edge inward. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 12

CREAM: mix butter, condensed milk and sour cream and beat well with a mixer. Then put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 13

ROLL: Cut off the top of the cooled red crust.
STEP 14

Using a special mold, cut out hearts from the red cake layer.
STEP 15

Carefully remove the cooled coffee cake from the towel and mat; it will take the shape of a heart.
STEP 16

Unfold the cake slightly and coat the inside well with cream.
STEP 17

Place the hearts on the roll, pressing them tightly together.
STEP 18

Coat the hearts with cream.
STEP 19

Carefully roll the roll into the heart.
STEP 20

Next, coat the entire roll with cream on top.
STEP 21

Sprinkle the roll liberally with crumbs obtained from the top of the red cake, crushed in a blender.
STEP 22

DECORATION: Melt the chocolate until liquid. Using a decorator, draw hearts on the foil. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
STEP 23

You can decorate the roll itself, or you can beautifully arrange the hearts on a saucer. Enjoy your tea!
