I decided to prepare a light first course, vegetarian cabbage soup from fresh cabbage. For frying, I took not only carrots cut into strips, but also onions, which I cut into cubes. Fried in melted butter. I also added homemade tomato and dry bell pepper. I put the potatoes into the pot of boiling water first. About 10 minutes after boiling, I added the roast, bay leaf and dry parsley. I let it simmer for about 5 minutes. The potatoes were almost ready, so it was time to add the shredded cabbage. The cabbage soup boiled for another five minutes. Immediately after turning it off, I added crushed garlic. I let the first dish brew. It turned out very tasty! Cool recipe! Thank you!
