Cabbage soup is rarely on our table; we prefer borscht, but the child asked to cook cabbage soup like in kindergarten. I don’t know, of course, how they cook it in the kindergarten, but I tried) According to the description on the website, this recipe fit the description. I cooked pork cabbage soup. I didn’t cook it in pieces; I immediately cut it into portions so that the meat would cook faster. I added chopped onions to the frying and grated the carrots on a coarse grater, which is more familiar to us. And instead of tomatoes I added tomato paste. It turned out to be a delicious roast, I would just eat it with bread) I took dried greens and also added seasoning from dried vegetables. I liked the cabbage soup, apparently I didn’t prepare it correctly before) The soup is delicious, you can feel the taste of fresh cabbage and tomato. The meat broth is rich, but not heavy. The cabbage soup turned out fragrant. I served it with sour cream and sprinkled it with freshly ground pepper straight from the mill; this pepper also gives it its own spicy aroma. Thanks for the delicious recipe!
