Vegetarian borscht "Dietary"

Even low-calorie borscht can be tasty. Try it yourself! Not everyone can afford food as high in calories as traditional borscht. However, the first dish must be on the table of a person who wants to be healthy. And now, especially for those who watch their figure and their own health, I want to offer an excellent culinary recipe for dietary vegetable borscht. It will not only allow you to keep fit, but will be a great find for any housewife. Although the official name is “dietary”, I think it is more correct to call it vegetarian borscht. It’s not only those who are on a diet who eat it.

A very easy borscht recipe. In the near future I will definitely prepare and post photos of the step-by-step preparation of this dish. I think this dish can be prepared more often during Lent.

Really very simple recipe. In addition, it is very useful in all respects. But it seems to me that it is better to add parsley to a ready-made dish so that the vitamins are not lost during heat treatment. And after you have added the parsley, you need to let the borscht sit for about five minutes, then it will give off an aroma. You can also add a piece of celery root or parsley root to the vegetables at the beginning, then it will be just a vitamin bomb.)))

Now I’m in Lent, I often cook this borscht, but I also like to add beans from a can, it turns out to be more filling and high-calorie)))

The recipe for vegetarian borscht is exactly what you need during Lent and just for fasting days without meat, and these should be at least 2 times a week.

here is a photo of borscht, the only thing I did out of habit was fry it in vegetable oil (onions, carrots, beets and a little sugar)

Thank you! For vegetarians, that’s it. And for those losing weight, I think you can add young veal or breast of poultry, chicken or turkey.
