Vegetables in the air fryer

STEP 1

How to make vegetables in an air fryer? Prepare all the necessary products. It is better to take young vegetables, not large ones, so they will cook faster and taste better. For spices, I used a mixture of Provençal herbs. You can take any spices and seasonings to your taste.
STEP 2

Wash the vegetables well under running water, dry on a napkin or paper towel. Peel the onions, peel the carrots, cut off the stems of zucchini and eggplants. Cut the vegetables: zucchini and eggplant into rings, onions into slices, carrots into cubes. Leave the tomatoes whole. Place all vegetables in a large bowl.
STEP 3

Add oil, salt and spices to the chopped vegetables. Stir gently. If you use ready-made seasonings, keep in mind that they may already contain salt.
STEP 4

Line an air fryer pan with foil. Lay out the vegetables. Try not to lay them in a too thick layer, otherwise they will not bake well; it is better to divide the vegetables in half.
STEP 5

Place the vegetables to bake in the air fryer at 230 degrees. I baked for about half an hour. Halfway through, I opened the grill and stirred the vegetables with a spatula. They turned out a little al dente, slightly firm, I like them better. If you want them soft, cook longer, 40-45 minutes. Watch the onion, it may burn first. The times are approximate, please be guided by the specifics of your equipment.
